A house was broke into in the day time cops came after and put a big show after the fact.Three weeks ago i called them 3am to say a van was going up and down the street and then parked across the street they asked me if I wanted them to come I said yes and 45 minutes later i saw a police car and guess what the van was gone. I live on Coates Ave, I see strange cars going up and down all hours of the night. The cops NEVER RESPOND. I don\'t understand this. I see a lot of drug dealing in the neighborhood. I hear the drug honks constantly (2 honks) when cars drive by. We moved to Holbrook 3 years ago and we are looking to move already. nimbus rd ,my wife and I watched a van 2:30am I walk the floors all night so I saw it go up and down the block with no lights on ,I think they were looking to see a house window open. MY wife called the police and I heard her say, \"well yes I want you to come, they are across the street with the lights off in a van\"this was after 3am.35 to 45 min later I saw the police drive by 50 mph. That\'s wonderful. Let\'s hear it for Suffolk\'s finest. I would videotape anything suspicious and show it to the seargent of the precinct and let them know you are going to sue the pants off of them if anything happens to your family because you have called in your concerns and they did nothing. You dont need to know what color a van is to know when something is not right,like two people sitting in a van or car with ski mask on in the summer,take it from me call 911 if the was the case.And to answer your question it was night,but i think the van was black or green, with two or more in it. i HAVE SEEN A WHITE VAN SORT OF LIKE A LUXURY VAN BUT OLDER... COME UP AND DOWN MY BLOCK A LOT, RECENTLY DONT KNWO WHO THEY ARE, BUT WILL COME AT ANY HOUR OF TEH NGIHT AND EARLY MORNING...
