Early Childhood Center Near Completion
Full Description:
Holbrook's Early Childhood center at the Kennedy School is now near completion with just the finishing touches on the two-classroom preschool being put in.
The center, which is now 95% completed, is set up to accommodate special needs students. One of its rooms will hold equipment for occupational and physical therapy while the other room offers space for those who are using walkers or wheelchairs. A handicapped ramp and sidewalk will be installed at the connector's doorways and a ramp leading to the classroom unit. The center will also have handicapped accessible bathrooms for young children.
